Shipping Policy

• Where we ship: Canada, excluding Quebec. We do not offer sales or owner accounts to Quebec residents. Scanning a tag you have found works everywhere. If a Quebec order reaches us despite that, we cancel and refund it in full — you keep anything already shipped and we do not ask for it back.
• Processing: orders ship from Winnipeg, Canada; we aim to process within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery estimates:Canada 3–9 business days (Canada Post). Estimates, not guarantees.
• Costs: shipping is free on every order we accept. Your total at checkout is the price of the items, with no shipping added.
• Tracking: emailed when your order ships.
• Lost or stuck: no movement for 10 business days past the estimate? Email support@tyratag.comand we’ll reship or refund.
